Your plan can only be changed through the platform where you originally purchased your subscription.
- If you subscribed through our website, you must manage and change your plan in Account Settings on the website.
- If you subscribed through an app store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play), you must manage and change your plan through that same app store.
